***I believe this is what they mean by going down in flames. I did not read one single book from my list. Pathetic.***
Dates: March 20th through June 19th
Host: Katrina
For details: Click here.
The challenge (put simply): Make a list of books and read them.
My list:
*Zodiac by Robert Graysmith
*The Boy in the Striped Pajamas by John Boyne
*The Brief History of the Dead by Kevin Boockmeier
*The Book of Lost Things by John Connolly
---Special Note:
I realize my list is pretty short. I'm already so over-committed with other challenges, but there was no way I could pass this one up. Katrina's Spring Reading Thing 2007 was the very first reading challenge I ever joined. It started my obsession, and thus remains very close to my heart :-)

I feel the same way! I've actually posted my list here instead of on blogger.
Aw, I'm so glad you decided to join SRT '08, even though you have other challenges going on. Thanks! And I love how you put the challenge so succinctly. I am too wordy and can easily turn a simple concept into many paragraphs of rambling!
Enjoy your reading. This was my first reading challenge ever last Spring.
Hi Debi :)
I'm also participating in the challenge. My first one. Yes, my plate is hugely full, as well. We'll see how far we get huh? lol
Glad you decided to join us with a full plate already.. This is my first reading challenge.. Im excited to see how it goes.. :)
I found out last time that it was better for me to keep my list shorter! And I really put a few more on it this time than I probably should have, but it's hard to resist sometimes.
I hear you! I shortened mine, but I'm STILL getting comments on how long it is:-)
Oh! Book of lost things looks like a good one. I will put that one on my wish list. Starting off with a short list is good, because if you are anything like me, I ended up reading lots of books from others lists and not finishing my list.
Happy Reading

This is my first challenge, and I've got a pretty short list too. But I keep noticing things on the shelves and thinking... hmmm.. should I add one more?
